Kristyn Pallisso

Kristyn Pallisso, MHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the National Director of Package Sales Operations at Hilton Grand Vacations, where responsibilities include designing operations, marketing, and training strategies alongside the SVP of Marketing and regional leaders. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of HR Business Partner and Performance Development at Bluegreen Vacations, managing HR activities for over 600 associates, and a progressive career at Red Lobster that encompassed roles from Human Resources Manager to Training Coordinator, supporting a workforce of more than 55,000 employees. Additional experience includes roles in HR and training at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts, Wet'n Wild Brazil, and various service-oriented positions across multiple industries. Kristyn holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
