Matt Dean

Matt Dean is an experienced professional in the hospitality and development sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Project Management and Development at Hilton Grand Vacations since 2025. Prior to this, Matt held key leadership roles at Bluegreen Vacations as Senior Vice President of Design & Development and at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing resort development projects as Vice President of Architecture & Construction and Regional Senior Director of Development Management. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director of Facilities for Horry County Schools, overseeing extensive real estate portfolios and budgets, and managing construction projects as Regional Director for Marriott Vacation Club International. Matt began a career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager at Hardin Construction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Pittsburg State University and studies at Kansas State University.
