Ralph Medina is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Hilton Norfolk THE MAIN since July 2023. Previous roles include Director of Engineering & Loss Prevention at Richmond Marriott, Director of Engineering at Omni Hotels & Resorts, and several leadership positions at the Washington Hilton, Sea Island Acquisition LLC, The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, and The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. With a career that spans over three decades, Ralph has a proven track record in managing engineering operations, overseeing maintenance projects, and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems in multiple luxury hotel properties. Ralph's education includes attendance at the Instituto Technologico de Puerto Rico from 1977 to 1979, further complemented by a certification in Marriott's Advance Engineering Program.
