Brad Welfare

Brad Welfare has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Brad started their career in 2008 as the Complex Director of Human Resources at Hilton, where they worked until 2022. During their time at Hilton, they held various roles and responsibilities in human resources. In 2012, Brad also worked as an Adjunct Hospitality Management Professor at Broward College for three years. In 2022, they joined Hilton Orlando as the Human Resources Director.

Brad Welfare has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University. Brad also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to their degrees, Brad has a certification in CHT from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
