Hozefa Poonawala

Hozefa Poonawala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hozefa began their career as the CEO of Fedglobe Pvt. Ltd., a marketing and distribution company, where they worked from August 1996 to March 2010. Hozefa then joined MARS (Marketing & Advertising Research Services) as the CEO from March 2010 to June 2013, and later became a partner in the same company from July 2013 to December 2016. Currently, Hozefa is associated with Hilton Pharma Limited (Group) and has held multiple positions within the organization. Hozefa started as a senior adviser from February 2015 to February 2020, then became the Head of Human Resources & Senior Adviser Business Development from February 2020 to April 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources & Corporate Projects.

Hozefa Poonawala completed their MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, from 1998 to 2000. Before that, they pursued their undergraduate studies and obtained a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, from 1992 to 1996. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Hozefa completed their A Levels at Saint Michael's Convent School from 1990 to 1992. Hozefa had previously completed their O Levels at Beacon House Public School between 1985 and 1990.
