Ahmed al Osaily

Ahmed Al Osaily has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, primarily within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Cluster Recruitment & Team Services Manager at Hilton since May 2014, Ahmed has overseen multiple hotel openings, including Hilton Suites Makkah and DoubleTree by Hilton. Prior to Hilton, role as Talent Acquisition Manager for Narcissus Hotel and Residence saw involvement in another major pre-opening project. Previous experience includes positions at Boudl Hotels, where Ahmed held roles such as Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager, and at Arab International Business Directory as a Human Resources Coordinator. Currently pursuing a CIPD Associate Diploma Level 5 in People Management, Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Saba'a University.
