Amanda Jamerson

Amanda Jamerson has an extensive background in revenue management and customer experience within the hospitality industry, highlighted by roles at Hilton from September 2021 to May 2025, including Sr. Director of Revenue Management and Sr. Director of Hilton Honors. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Experience Digital Senior Specialist at JCPenney and a Student Worker role at Grand Valley State University. Amanda also gained experience through internships in marketing communications at Bay Harbor Yacht Club and a marketing internship with the Office of the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney. Amanda holds a BA in Advertising from Grand Valley State University and a certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Apicius International School of Hospitality.
