Ashley Ferguson is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the Hilton brand. Currently serving as Cluster Commercial Manager at Hilton since January 2023, Ashley previously held positions including Assistant Cluster Commercial Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront. Recognized as Leader of the Year and RevMax Champion in 2021, achievements also include driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth throughout various roles at Hilton properties. With a Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University, Ashley demonstrates a strong commitment to guest relations, team development, and operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
