Ayesha Williams

Ayesha Williams currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources Operations for CALA at Hilton, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Director of People and Culture for the Americas Region at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from July 2019 to January 2022, along with various roles at Hilton starting in 2002. Notably, Ayesha directed talent and leadership development, global talent management, and learning and professional development across multiple regions, significantly enhancing talent placement and engagement scores. Ayesha holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of the West Indies.
