Blanca Lorente

Blanca Lorente serves as the Regional Director of Spa & Wellness for the Caribbean and Latin America at Hilton since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Operations Manager at Resense Spa S.A. from 2016 to 2020, Group Director of Wellness & Spa Operations at SHA Wellness Clinic from 2014 to 2016, and Corporate Spa Director at Bern Hotels & Resorts Panama from 2012 to 2013. With a solid background in managing spa operations, Blanca has overseen multiple openings and renovations, developed marketing strategies, and ensured compliance with brand standards across various prestigious establishments, receiving numerous international awards for excellence in spa services and operations. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and a Master's course in Marketing & Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
