Javid Campbell-Cohen

Javid Campbell-Cohen is an accomplished leader in sales performance management and analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales and Development Analytics and Performance Management at Hilton since 2019. With a strong background spanning over a decade at Gartner, Javid held various roles including Vice President of Sales Productivity Analytics, contributing significantly to the transition of the CEB commercial team and managing a global team supporting over 4,000 sales staff.
