Jouko Puranen

Jouko Puranen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Marski by Scandic since February 2011, where responsibilities include operational management and planning for hotel refurbishment and re-launch, alongside developing a new restaurant concept and team recruitment. Prior to this role, Puranen worked as a Project Coordinator for F&B Integration at Scandic Hotels Oy, and spent over a decade at Sokotel Oy, culminating in a position as Hotel and Restaurant Manager at Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a management program degree from Scandic Business School.
