Meghan Cohorst

Meghan Cohorst has a diverse work experience in communications and outreach roles. Meghan currently works at UNITE HERE as a Communications Lead. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Communications & Outreach at Save the Manatee Club. Meghan also worked at UNITE HERE in various roles such as Press Secretary, Communications Lead, Acting Director of Communications, and Communications Specialist. Additionally, they have experience in the food industry as a Server at Bertucci's. Meghan started their career as a National Coordinator and Organizer at the Student/Farmworker Alliance.

Meghan Cohorst attended Eckerd College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies and Spanish. In 2005, they also participated in a study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaiso. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Certificate in Graphic and Web Design at The Center for Digital Imaging Arts.
