Katherine Lugar

Katherine Lugar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate affairs and government relations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Hilton since April 2023 and President of Hilton Global Foundation since September 2023, Lugar has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Previously, Lugar was the Chief Executive Officer of the American Beverage Association from January 2019 to April 2023 and held significant roles such as President and CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association from 2013 to January 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President for Public Affairs at the Retail Industry Leaders Association and various leadership positions focused on government relations and legislative affairs. Katherine Lugar began their career as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. Education was completed at the University of Colorado Boulder.
