Krista Pope

Krista Pope is an experienced recruitment professional with a solid background in hospitality management, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Hilton's Recruitment Operations Center since April 2013. In this role, Krista leads two teams focusing on Director and Executive Committee roles for Full-Service and Luxury hotels across North America, as well as overseeing the newly established in-house Task Force Operations team. With a history of progressive leadership roles at Hilton, including Senior Manager and Recruiting Manager, Krista has successfully managed nationwide recruitment initiatives, particularly for hospitality management and Food & Beverage/Culinary positions. Prior to Hilton, Krista gained valuable experience as a recruiter at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and Crystal Cruises, where over a decade was spent traveling and recruiting in various roles. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication/Public Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi.
