Magen Bentley

Magen Bentley is a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and event management. Currently serving as Manager of Early Talent Partnerships at Hilton, Magen has previously worked as a Senior Associate in Diversity Recruitment & Engagement at the same organization. Prior roles include Event and Administrative Manager and Event Coordinator at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where Magen managed various initiatives supporting veterans. Additional experience includes a stint at Amazon on the Military Recruitment Team, where Magen developed a database for military recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Magen also held positions at Hilton, including Associate in Campus Recruitment, and interned with Hiring Our Heroes and the Oxford Performing Arts Center. Magen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
