Marianne Sawicki

Marianne Sawicki, CPC, currently serves as the Head of Executive Recruiting and Executive Talent Sourcing at Hilton, leveraging extensive experience in global executive recruitment within the hospitality sector. Prior to joining Hilton in February 2023, Marianne held the same position at Cigna from March 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing and hiring global executive talent and driving diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Executive Recruiter at Aetna, where collaboration with senior leadership and management of the executive recruiting lifecycle was key.
