Mary Hogg

Mary Hogg is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR for Australasia at Hilton since November 2021, Mary has previously held significant positions at Merlin Entertainments plc, including HR Director for Asia Pacific and Talent & Development Director. With a proven track record of driving employee engagement, developing HR strategies, and managing complex HR operations across multiple regions, Mary has also excelled in various roles, such as Head of Human Resources at Highbury College and HR Specialist with Ipsos and Cover More Insurance. Mary holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln and a Certificate 4 in Workplace Coaching from Open Door Coaching.
