Leana Hardgrave

Leana Hardgrave has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Leana began their career at the University of La Verne as an Event Coordinator, PR, and Office Assistant. In 2015, they were hired as an entry-level sales representative at Vanquish Marketing Group and was promoted to Marketing Leader within 6 weeks. That same year, they also worked as a Marketing Consultant for California Schools Joint Powers Authorities (CSRM & CSEBA JPAs). In this role, they developed and maintained strategic, consistent messaging across multiple media platforms and authored, ghostwrote, and edited content and copy for a broad range of print and online collateral. In 2016, they returned to CSRM & CSEBA JPAs as a Marketing and Communications Manager. In 2020, they worked as a Property Manager for KLH Property Management. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Events and Content Manager for Him For Her, a social impact venture aimed at accelerating diversity on corporate boards.

Leana Hardgrave obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of La Verne in 2014. Leana then completed a Study Abroad program at Semester At Sea / ISE in 2013. In 2016, they earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs with an emphasis in Business Analytics from Claremont Graduate University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from HubSpot Academy in Content Marketing and Email Marketing in 2019 and a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the National CPR Foundation in 2012.
