Louise Boland Trezzo

Louise Boland Trezzo has over 14 years of work experience. Louise started their career in 2007 as a Sales and Account Manager at Talisker Club. In 2011, they moved to DVIP Inc. where they held the roles of Sales Manager and Account Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Linking Lives as Global Partnerships Manager. During this time, they initiated and secured strategic partnerships with nonprofits and social enterprises and developed, facilitated and coached staff to lead 25+ human-centered design projects in 5 African communities. In 2018, they became a Consultant at Kids Play International where they developed a strategic roadmap for revenue generating volunteer programs. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Catchafire as Senior Manager, Foundation Partnerships, managing a portfolio of 9+ client relationships with grant making foundations nationwide. Currently, they are the Director, Partnerships at Him For Her, where they accelerate diversity on corporate boards by engaging business luminaries to bridge the network gap responsible for the sparsity of women in the boardroom.

Louise Boland Trezzo obtained a BS in Marketing, Cum Laude from Virginia Tech between 2000 and 2004. Louise then went on to receive their MSBA in Marketing Research from the same institution from 2003 to 2004. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Meeting Planner from the Convention Industry Council. Louise also holds a Facilitator's Guide for Introducing Human-Centered Design from IDEO.org.
