In 2002, they served as a Marketing Analysis Intern at Big Idea, where they focused on forecasting and line extensions. From 2003 to 2006, Andy worked at Oden as an Account Manager for Hammermill - International Paper. At Swedish Match, they held the positions of Associate Brand Manager and Brand Manager from 2006 to 2011, where they successfully drove growth and managed a portfolio of premium and value brands. After that, they joined ITW Global Brands in 2012 as a Brand Manager, responsible for revenue and share targets for different brands. Finally, since 2014, Andy Melton has been working at Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, initially as a Brand Manager and later as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
