Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Technology Transfer & Process Engineering at HIMALAYA WELLNESS since September 2022, Neeraj previously held the position of Principal Scientist in Manufacturing Science & Technology at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from January 2020 to September 2022. Neeraj's expertise encompasses technical manufacturing support, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards at Johnson & Johnson from October 2014 to September 2022. Previous roles include Associate Manager in Quality Assurance at Abbott and Quality Assurance Executive at MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD., along with a foundational role in Quality Assurance at Ind-Swift Ltd. Neeraj holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Punjabi University, Patiala.
