Rahul Kapoor

Rahul Kapoor is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in driving people and culture strategies across multiple global markets. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at HIMALAYA WELLNESS since March 2021, Rahul is responsible for leading the global people and culture agenda. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as VP & Head HR for Emerging Markets at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, overseeing HR efforts across 25 countries. Rahul's extensive career at GSK spanned over 12 years, during which multiple senior HR roles were held, including Executive Vice President HR for the India Subcontinent and HR Director for Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Earlier experiences include positions at GE Capital, ITC Limited, and Larsen & Toubro, shaping a robust foundation in human resources management. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
