David Grotting

David Grotting is the current Product Manager at hims & hers. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Lead Mechanic of Road Dialogues, a company that drove 25,000 miles through 17 countries from San Francisco to the end of South America. David also worked as a Product Manager at Reforge, where they designed and launched a custom online education platform. At Reforge, they also led deep customer research to identify the needs and motivations of their target persona, and built out an analytics system that tracked all participant and visitor engagement from online activity to in person event attendance. David has also conducted A/B tests across products to increase key metrics.

David Grotting received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from The Bishop's School.
