Dwarakesh Jayaram

Dwarakesh Jayaram is an experienced industrial engineering and construction professional with a strong background in managing large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing installations and fulfillment operations. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Engineering & Construction at Hims & Hers, Dwarakesh leads teams in industrial engineering and facilities maintenance while overseeing capital budgets. Previously, as Associate Director at GameStop, Dwarakesh managed the US Project and Design Engineering team focused on fulfillment center projects. Dwarakesh also held positions at Qurate Retail Group, zulily, and several internships where skills in design, automation, and process improvement were developed. Dwarakesh earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
