Mihir Gandhi started their career at Lyft as the Director of Operations and General Manager for Northern California. Mihir was responsible for market strategy, ride growth, driver and passenger acquisition and retention, operations, marketing, driver support, and service quality across all service and product lines. Mihir improved people's lives with the world's best transportation and successfully created and implemented Munchery’s On-Demand product in San Francisco. Mihir also extended Munchery’s services to include weekends in San Francisco and expanded Munchery's bay area service geography by >40%, leading to >300% sales growth.

In their current position as the SVP of Telemedicine at hims & hers, Mihir Gandhi is responsible for strategic planning and execution of all telemedicine initiatives. Mihir is passionate about providing accessible and affordable healthcare to everyone.

Mihir Gandhi has a MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from Duke University. Mihir has studied Operations, Strategy, Healthcare Management, Chemistry, Religion, and Mt. Lebanon High School.
