Samantha Iamurri, Ph.D

Samantha Iamurri, Ph.D, serves as the Director of Business Development at CoreRx, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Iamurri was the Director of Strategic Product Development at Nephron Pharmaceuticals from May 2020 to March 2023, where significant contributions included leading a product development team and expanding the manufacturing portfolio, along with managing lab operations to efficiently address issues. Iamurri also held the position of Research and Development Chemist II at Nephron Pharmaceuticals, overseeing analytical services and engaging in early-phase drug evaluations and submissions. Earlier experience includes a role as Laboratory Manager at Emory University from January 2015 to May 2020, managing laboratory operations and mentoring students. Iamurri earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The College of New Jersey.
