Bill Cullen

Bill Cullen has a wide range of experience in various leadership positions in different organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive at Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, Bill also held the positions of Deputy Chief Executive at the same council and Director at Hinckley BID. Bill has also contributed to organizations like District Councils Network, Active Together Leicestershire, Crimestoppers, and Sport England in various capacities. With a Master of Business Administration from Loughborough University and a BA Hons in Town & Country Planning from Newcastle University, Bill brings a strong educational background to their professional roles.
