Deepak Mohanty

Deepak Mohanty serves as the General Manager and Head of HR at Hindalco Industries Limited, overseeing HR functions for major greenfield projects, including the Aditya Alumina Refinery and an Apparel Manufacturing Unit. With a career spanning multiple roles at Hindalco, including Assistant General Manager and Lead - HRBP, Deepak has extensive experience in employee relations, management, and engagement in high-capacity plants. Prior to Hindalco, Deepak held roles at TAFE, TAKAHATA Precision India, UltraTech Cement, and Vardhman Textiles, gaining expertise in industrial relations and human resources. Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development, Deepak has a strong educational background with multiple degrees related to HR and social work.
