Neeraj Agrawal

Neeraj Agrawal is currently serving as the Section Head for Pot Start-up and Pot Replacement at Hindalco Industries Limited since May 2024. Prior to this role, Neeraj worked as Operations Manager at Aditya Birla Group from September 2014 to April 2024, overseeing operation shifts in the AP technology smelter. Neeraj's career began at BALCO in Korba, where services were provided in maintenance and projects as an Operation Shift Incharge from March 2007 to September 2014. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Mayur Higher Secondary School in Bhatapara.
