Nilesh Gardharia

Nilesh Gardharia has extensive experience in the metals and glass manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Deputy Manager-Process at Hindalco Industries Limited since November 1997, Nilesh is involved in the operations of one of the world's largest single-location copper smelters, utilizing advanced technologies such as Outokumpu flash smelting and the Mitsubishi process. Previously, Nilesh worked as a plant operator at Guardian Industries Corporation from December 1992 to November 1997, gaining experience in various sections of float glass and mirror manufacturing. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Gujarat University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management and Supervision, also from Gujarat University.
