Sarthak Mohapatra

Sarthak Mohapatra has extensive experience in the aluminium production industry, currently serving as the Pot Room Operations Incharge and Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited since July 2014. In this role, Sarthak has successfully managed a team dedicated to pot startup operations, overseeing the full process including energizing and normalization of pots, and has conducted the startup of approximately 450 AP 360 pots. Prior to this, Sarthak worked at Vedanta Limited's Aluminium Business as Pot Room Start-Up Shift Incharge from November 2008 to July 2014, where responsibilities included leading a team to implement new modifications in technology and improving pot line processes. Sarthak holds an Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and an eMDP in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
