Dr. Georges Jabbour

Dr. Georges Jabbour is an Associate Professor at Qatar University since August 2017, with extensive experience in exercise physiology and oncology. Currently serving as the Lead Guest Editor for a special issue in the Journal of Oncology, Dr. Jabbour focuses on the benefits of exercise for breast cancer patients. Additionally, Dr. Jabbour holds positions as a Review-Editor for Frontiers in Sports and Active Living and Frontiers in Physiology, and has been a Part-Time Professor at Qatar Olympic Academy since September 2018. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Université de Moncton and Postdoctoral Research Scientist at CHU Sainte-Justine. Dr. Jabbour earned a PhD in Cellular and Integrated Exercise Physiology from Université Rennes 2.
