Sarah Gamal

Sarah Gamal serves as the Operations Specialist Manager at Hindawi Publishing since December 2019, overseeing a team of 20 Editorial Assistants and conducting performance evaluations for teams in India and the Philippines. With a background at Hindawi Publishing from May 2013 to September 2019, Sarah also held roles as a Senior Editorial Trainer and Editorial Trainer, focusing on training and enhancing the skills of Editorial Assistants. Previous experience includes positions as a Concert Coordinator at Awakening Records, Training Coordinator at Quality Zone, International Account Advisor at Vodafone Global Enterprise, and English & Business Instructor at Berlitz Corporation. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
