Roger Lutrell

Roger Lutrell is the Vice President of Planning and Development for Hinds County Human Resource Agency. He earned a Business Degree from Southeast Arkansas College and a Finance degree from the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. He also carries certifications in both Management and Accounting.
