Eric Anders

Eric Anders currently serves as Senior Director-Legal Counsel at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where responsibilities include the review, negotiation, and execution of major commercial contracts in North America and the Caribbean, as well as managing litigation and serving as lead counsel for business integration. Previously, Eric held positions at Baxter International Inc. as Legal Counsel, focusing on agreements for clinical research trials and compliance with privacy regulations; at Convergint Technologies as In-House Counsel, negotiating agreements for security system installations; and at Sears Holdings Corporation as Counsel for Home Services and Financial Services, ensuring regulatory compliance across various states. Early career experience includes roles as a legal extern at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and as a law clerk at Stowell & Friedman, Ltd. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
