Shruti Vasudevan

Shruti Vasudevan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as AGM HR at Hinduja Group Limited since June 2016, previously holding the title of Senior Manager-Human Resources and participating in the Hinduja HR Leadership Program. Prior experience includes a role as Associate in the Hinduja HR Leadership Program at Ashok Leyland and several fieldwork internships at organizations such as CanCure Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Sandoz India Pvt Ltd, and Aditya Birla Group. Early career development included work as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2012 to May 2014. Shruti holds a Master’s degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology.
