Subha Narayan

Subha Narayan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel Commercial at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd since August 2022, Narayan previously held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at A.O.Smith India Water Products Private Limited from June 2015 to August 2022. Additional roles include Legal Advisor - India at Jacobs Engineering India Private Limited and Associate positions at Phoenix Legal and SNG & Partners. Narayan earned a BSL LLB degree from ILS Law College, Pune in 2009, following early education at G.D. Birla Centre for Education.
