Arjun Dhawan

Arjun Dhawan is the Vice Chairman and Whole-time Director of Hindustan Construction Company Limited. Mr. Dhawan oversees a turnover of Rs. 8,248 Cr ($ 1.1 billion) across the HCC Group of companies spanning businesses in Engineering & Construction, Real Estate Development, and Infrastructure Concessions. He serves on the Boards of HCC Limited, HCC Infrastructure Ltd, and Steiner AG. He manages the operations of these companies, which have a knowledge asset of more than 1,700 officers, including 1,100 engineers and 13,000 workers across project sites.

Mr. Dhawan’s track record includes the completion of large engineering projects of national importance and the successful development of $1 billion of infrastructure concessions through Public-Private Partnership with the Indian Government. As Delegate of the Board, Mr. Dhawan also leads the business of Steiner Group, which is among Switzerland’s largest real estate developers with a project portfolio reflecting CHF 4 billion of market value.

Mr. Dhawan has previously served as HCC Group’s Chief Executive Officer and President & CEO of HCC Infrastructure. He also led the acquisition of Steiner AG, which is among Switzerland’s largest real estate contractor developers, for the HCC Group.
