Sneharika Mede

Sneharika Mede currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Hindustan Construction Company, overseeing various Talent Centers of Excellence such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards, Learning, Organization Development, and Leadership Hiring since April 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at KEC International Ltd. from December 2015 to April 2022, where Sneharika held multiple roles including Head HR for the Civil Business Unit and Corporate Functions, as well as Manager positions in Learning & Organization Development and Rewards. Sneharika also had a brief experience at Raychem RPG Ltd. as a Group Management Resource focusing on Learning & OD. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTUB Tech.
