Ruchika Arora

Ruchika Arora is an experienced talent management leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Invenia since April 2025, focusing on employee engagement and performance management strategies. Prior to this role, Ruchika held multiple positions at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from August 2022 to August 2025, including Head of Talent Management and Head of HR for STL Access Solutions and STL Virtual Access Solutions. Ruchika's extensive career at HCL Technologies spanned from May 2006 to July 2022 and included roles such as General Manager of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner, specializing in HR strategy, employee engagement, and mergers and acquisitions.
