Pankaj Wande

Pankaj Wande has a strong background in the polymer and plastics industry with over 20 years of experience. PANKAJ currently serves as the Head of Application Development & Marketing Technical Support at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, where they lead the application development and technical services activities for PE and PP products for domestic and overseas customers.

Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as an Assistant General Manager at Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited, where they managed sales and technical activities for PE/PP in West Africa. PANKAJ also held the position of Sr. Manager - Technical Marketing at Reliance Industries Ltd for 12 years, and held various roles including Dy. General Manager, Senior Manager, and Production Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, Decorplast Ltd (Ghana, W. Africa), Polyset Plastics (P) Ltd, and Prince Plastoware (I) Pvt Ltd respectively.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated expertise in polymer technical services, sales, business development, and production management. PANKAJ has a proven track record of achieving goals, managing budgets, and liaising with stakeholders at various levels.

Pankaj Wande attended the College of Engineering and Technology Akola from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Polymer/Plastics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Government Technical High School from 1990 to 1993, focusing on general science, math, English, and electrical maintenance.
