Sunil Sanas

Sunil Sanas, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Chief General Manager and Head of Human Resources at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited since April 2006. With a focus on the Marketing Division, Sunil oversees HR systems and initiatives for a workforce exceeding 21,000 across more than 250 locations and provides HR expertise to six strategic business units. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, with responsibilities encompassing leadership development, industrial relations, and employee engagement. Sunil holds a Masters in Labour Studies from LNML and a B.Com from Podar, and has managed diverse HR functions such as organization development, performance management, and corporate training throughout a career that began in 1999 at HPCL.
