Jp Gupta

JP Gupta has a diverse work experience in the shipbuilding industry. JP worked at Hindustan Shipyard Limited in various roles such as Director (Corporate Planning & Personnel), General Manager Production, and General Manager (Submarine). Prior to this, they were Deputy General Manager (Submarine) at Hindustan Shipyard Limited - India. JP also served as Manager(HOF) & SNCO at OTNY at Ship Building Centre Visakhapatnam and Manager(Out) & Manager (QC) at Naval Dockyard Mumbai. JP started their career in 1991 as an NCO at WOT(V) in the Indian Navy.

JP Gupta has an extensive education history. In 1982, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Naval Construction from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which they completed in 1991. In 1995, JP Gupta furthered their education by earning a Master's Degree in Post Graduation in Nuclear Technology from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Mumbai. In 2002, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from JBIMS/CNW, Mumbai University Mumbai. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, JP Gupta studied at Andhra University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
