Sebastian Joseph

Sebastian Joseph is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within NTPC Limited and its subsidiaries. Currently serving as an Advisor (HR) at Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd. since June 2023, Sebastian has previously held significant positions including Executive Director (HR) and Chief General Manager (HR) at NTPC Limited, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and strategic initiatives. Key achievements include leading organizational restructuring, manpower planning, and community development plans, as well as managing the HR integration during capacity expansions at multiple power plants. Sebastian holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the National Institute of Personnel Management and a Master's degree in Economics from Bharathidasan University.
