Alexandrea Pacheco is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Advocate for Benefits & Absence Programs at Hines since February 2019. Prior to this role, Alexandrea worked as a Benefits Analyst at Team Industrial Services from September 2014 to February 2019 and gained initial experience as a Human Resources Intern with the City of Hewitt from January 2014 to May 2014, where the focus was on learning HR policies across various domains including Record Keeping, Compensation, Benefits, and Health & Safety.
