Manoel Pereira

Manoel Pereira, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the South America Senior Controller at Hines since 2001, responsible for compliance, policy controls, and controllership functions including annual plans and quarterly reports. Previously held the position of South America Regional Controller at Hines, overseeing accounting, treasury, HR, and IT support for the entire South America structure. Prior to joining Hines, Manoel worked as a Staff Accountant at Banco HSBC/CCF and Grupo Bradesco/BCN/Pontual, focusing on fixed asset control, financial statement analysis, and various accounting routines. Educational qualifications include a Post-Graduation in Finance/Manage Accounting from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completion of the American CPA review course, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Brasil.
