Margaret Spear

Margaret Spear is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Hines, Margaret has previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Malk Partners and worked as the People & Culture Director and Manager for FIRST. Margaret also has experience as Assistant Vice President and Associate Human Resources Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In terms of education, Margaret earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University and holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University's ILR School.
