Peter B. Smith

Peter B. Smith is an accomplished professional specializing in sustainability and business development within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability Commercialization at Hines, Peter is also active as a member of the ULI NY Climate & Sustainability Council and the ULI NY Real Estate Tech & Innovation Council. Peter's extensive experience includes leadership roles at View, Inc. as Director of Business Development & Partnerships, and RXR Realty as Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships. Additionally, Peter has held significant positions with the International WELL Building Institute and Delos®, and is involved with the Real Estate Alumni Council Leadership Committee at Colgate University. Peter holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics from Colgate University, complemented by studies at Universidad de Granada.
