Tim Jowett

Tim Jowett currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Asia Research at Hines since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held multiple leadership positions at Grosvenor Asia Pacific from March 2016 to June 2023, including Managing Director, Head of Greater China, Executive Director, and Director of Investment Strategy & Analysis. Tim also gained experience as Director of Asia Pacific Investment Research at Heitman from November 2013 to March 2016 and as Director of Research and Strategy at Moonbridge Capital from November 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in Tim's career, roles included Research Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Vice President of Research and Strategy at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Tim Jowett holds a Diploma in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in History from King's College London, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from King's College London.
